A person has died after a heavy truck accident on the Eastex Freeway Friday morning.
According to Houston TranStar, the collision took place around 5:14 a.m. on IH-69 Eastex Northbound just before FM-525/Aldine Bender.

At this time, officials say all main lanes are closed, including the left and right shoulder.
Authorities have not yet identified the driver who died in the crash.
